My second time playing TFM Ares Expedition. Easy mode, had a real good time, as I played it analyzing every detail and making sure I didn’t make a mistake. I want to play it a couple of times before enviting newbeees to join me for a game night.

So I picked the up for 19.99 at Target. I played it last night and enjoyed it. I am still not sure, entirely, who this game is for. It still plays about the same length and you still effectively do much of the same stuff as the base game. Sure it is easier to teach and a little more streamlined, but I am not sure it is different enough to need this and the original Terraforming Mars.
